Even after when we come back at our homes, our tired body never allows us to maintain our basic fitness level which is required for healthier life, But what if you would get some tricks to burn calories even when you are working at your offices? No, you don’t need to carry those heavy fitness gym equipments with yourself wherever you go. That’s even looks too funny, but instead of this, you can follow some simple body fitness exercise (without any equipment) which you can easily perform during your working hours without much hassle. Early morning walk is extremely beneficial for your fitness, so before going to your office, take a 15 minute walk, it will boost your energy level and keeps you healthier.

Stop sitting for long hours on your office desk’s chair, always try to take 5-6 minutes break and try to walk here and there for a while and stretch your shoulder muscles, in that way our body tends to burn calories and keeps us fresh and active.

Try to stretch your arms, Shoulders and legs a bit after every 30-40 minutes of work because sitting on an office chair for longer period of time can cause you lower back pain problem, so to avoid that try to stretch your body.

Try to walk up and down on your office stairs and avoid using elevators because it will make your legs to work out and stretch a bit. It will keep you fit and also help burning fat and calories.
