Different Components of Physical Fitness
Physical fitness of a body defines its maximum or minimum capability to accomplish a physical task. Some people who are facing low physical capability are suppose to deprive from good physical health or physical fitness, but others may engrain good potential when it has come to physical fitness. However, for those seeking good physical health, knowing the components of physical fitness and its principals is very much significant because then only they can assume a good physical fitness regime.
So let us start with defining the major component of physical fitness, “motor fitness” of the body is very important this means, proper functioning of muscles that derive muscle power, eye-foot coordination, eye-hand coordination, potential of completing a task promptly and so on.

Cardio respiratory (CR) endurance – it is the capability of breathing in and out, during which important substances such as oxygen enters in our body to make the cells sustainable.
Body composition – a specific physical mass of a person, which is consisting of low or high fats in the total body mass.
Muscular endurance – muscular endurance is the capability of muscles, to execute physical moments with essential force as per required.
Muscular strength – the maximum capability of muscles that exerts force on a particular physical action.
All these above components require to be balanced (through a good fitness regime)so that body can perform physical tasks effectively. However, along with emphasizing on components of fitness, principal of exercise are even significant to bring out desirable results.
Balance is very important because performing fitness components regularly can exhaust different body parts that simultaneously results into non-potential physical strength. Moreover, regularity, progression, and variation in fitness components are also significant to assume good physical regime.
